Our Saw Kerf handcrafted plank flooring creates a truly vintage hit-or-miss time worn look in any room. This flooring is made from either antique reclaimed barn boards, or new-sawn lumber.

Our unique manufacturing process leaves the original aged patina on reclaimed planks, along with saw marks and other signs of previous use. On new-sawn planks, both circular and linear saw marks are also visible. This plank floor looks very similar to the old barn threshing floors that show many years of wear and age, and can be combined with hand scraped edges for added definition of each plank.
